Qualys Cloud Platform 10.17.1 (PC) API notification 1

A new release of Qualys Cloud Platform 10.17.1 (PC) includes an updated API which is targeted for release in February 2022. The specific day will differ depending on the platform. New Input Parameter for Posture Info API for Improved Performance
/api/2.0/fo/compliance/posture/info/
The Compliance Posture Information API is used to view current compliance posture data (info records) for hosts within the user’s account. Each compliance posture info record includes a compliance posture ID and other attributes. Optional input parameters support filtering the posture info record output.

We added a new input parameter in this release called “filter_hosts” that will accept a boolean value of 0 or 1. When filter_hosts=1 is specified by a user with a Manager or Auditor user role, the API will skip calling the tag resolution service and directly check the host IDs for the policy, resulting in improved performance
