Qualys Cloud Platform 3.5 (Certificate View) API Notification 1
A new release of Qualys Cloud Platform 3.5 (Certificate View) includes updated APIs which is targeted for release in April 2024. The specific day will differ depending on the platform. See platform release dates on the Qualys Status page. This API notification provides an early preview into the coming API, allowing you to identify use cases that can leverage this updated API.
What’s New?
With this release, you can now view certificates and instance details of unmanaged assets detected by EASM using the following updated Certificate View APIs.
Please note that these new updates are made to the existing APIs to view certificates and instance details of unmanaged assets. You can continue using existing APIs to view the certificates and instance details of managed assets detected by VM and Qualys Cloud Agent.
Update to Input Parameters for List CertView Certificates (v2) API
/certview/v2/certificates
With this release, the following updates are made to this API.
- Added a new input parameter –
assetType
Using this parameter, you can get the certificates based on asset type such as managed, unmanaged, or all.
- Added new values for the input parameter –
includes
With these new values, you can include details like activated modules, domain names, sub domain names and so on in the response of the API.
New Input Parameter for List Server Instances API
/certview/v2/instances
With this release, we have added a new input parameter – assetType. Using this parameter, you can fetch the instances based on asset type such as managed, unmanaged, or all.
