Qualys Cloud Platform 10.30 (VM, PC) API Notification 2

A new release of Qualys Cloud Platform 10.30 (VM, PC) includes updated APIs, which are targeted for release in September 2024. The specific day will differ depending on the platform. What’s New?

In this release, we have updated the Option Profiles API with new default settings to enhance scanning efficiency and compliance. Additionally, we have also updated CSV format for Policy Report API.

Enhanced Option Profiles API

In this release, the updated Option Profiles API includes improved default settings for creating new profiles. These updates are designed to optimize scanning efficiency and ensure compliance with best practices. The default settings and related parameters are documented in detail in the release note.

CSV Report Format Enhancement for Policy Report

In this release, the CSV format of the Policy report has been enhanced to include a new section called “Possible reason for empty report” under RESULTS. This section displays the reason for an empty report, along with the corresponding reason code. Knowing the reason will help you to identify and address any issues from your end.
