Qualys Cloud Platform 2.13 (TC) API Notification 1

A new release of Qualys Cloud Platform 2.13 (TC) includes new and updated APIs which is targeted for release in November 2024. The specific day will differ depending on the platform. See platform release dates on the Qualys Status page. This API notification provides an early preview into the coming API changes, allowing you to identify use cases that can leverage this updated API.

What’s New?

In this release, we have introduced a new API endpoint to access a comprehensive list of 39 supported mandates, which is now available to all TotalCloud users. The previous List Mandates API endpoint under the Reports collection will be deprecated in April 2025.

New API Endpoint to Get a List of All Supported Mandates

GET /cloudview-api/rest/v1/mandates

With this release, we bring improvements to mandate accessibility through our new and enhanced Get Mandates API. Now available to all TotalCloud users regardless of subscription tier, this API delivers streamlined access to retrieve comprehensive compliance data across 39 supported mandates.

Please note that, we have relocated the API from the Reports collection to a dedicated endpoint, aligning with our vision for enhanced CSPM Mandate visibility while ensuring compatibility with all new mandate tokens introduced in version 2.13. Accordingly, the below listed API endpoint will be deprecated from April 2025.
