Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform (Total Cloud Release 2.17 and Connector Release 2.10) API Notification

A new release of Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform (TC 2.17 and Connector 2.10), which is released in June 2025, includes new APIs and updates to an existing API. This API notification highlights recently released changes, enabling you to identify use cases that can benefit from the updated API.

What’s New?

In this release, Qualys TotalCloud introduces a new API for the Cloud Detection and Response (CDR) feature, a new API for assigning tags to connectors, and a new resource to Get Azure Resources API.

Total Cloud New API: View CDR Findings

GET /cdr-api/rest/v1/findings

In this release, we have introduced a new API to view threat findings related to the CDR unified view, improving the accessibility of the threat findings data and retrieving refined, filtered results.

Total Cloud Updated API: Get Azure AI Service Resources

GET /cloudview-api/rest/v1/resource/<resourceid>

In this release, we have introduced a new resource ID, COGNITIVE_SERVICE, to the Get Azure Resources API, which allows you to retrieve the list of Azure AI services in your Azure account.

Connector New API: Assign Tags

PUT /connectors/v1.0/{cloudType}/assignTags

In this release, we have introduced a new API to assign or override tags on cloud connectors across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. It enables consistent tagging and classification of connectors for reporting, filtering, and automation purposes.
