Notice Regarding IP Change for Qualys Documentation and Discussions Server

This advance notification is to inform customers with subscriptions on the Qualys platform that we will be migrating our datacenter from our existing colocation to another colocation. This migration will impact our Documentation and Discussions Server.

The migration is scheduled to take place on 20-Jun-2025, from 17:00 PM PST, and may require 2 hours of downtime. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) below to learn more about this move and what is needed from customers to ensure a smooth transition.

What is the scope of the migration activity?

As part of this migration, the following domains will be migrated to a new data center. The public IP address associated with the following domains will change:

When is this activity scheduled?

This migration will take place on June 20th, 2025, at 17:00 PM PST.

Will there be any impact on customers during this migration?

There is no direct impact during this migration. However, if your environment allows only restricted IP addresses, you may need to add the new IP address to the allow list.

What steps does the customer may need to take?

To ensure uninterrupted connectivity, we request the customer to allow the new IP addresses (listed below) on the customer-managed security device before June 20, 2025.

Please note that the existing IP addresses should not be removed from the allow list until further notice, as the old IPs will remain operational during the transition while the allow listing of the new IPs is completed by the customer.
