Notice for URL & Public IP Change for US3 Endpoint Detection & Response customers

This advance notification is to inform customers with subscriptions to Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) on the Qualys US3 platform that the current URL name and its associated IP address used to access the EDR service will be updated. A new dedicated FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) and public IP address will be assigned to EDR subscribers. This change is scheduled to take place on 12th Jan 2026.

What is the scope of the migration activity?
The Qualys US3 shared cloud platform EDR Service will be updated to use a new URL and associated IP address. All customer data will be redirected to a dedicated URL and public IP for improved service.
Will there be any impact on customers during this migration?
There is no direct impact during this migration. However, if your environment allows only trusted IP addresses, you are required to add the new URL & Public IP address in the allow list.
What steps do the customers need to take?
To ensure uninterrupted communication, customers are requested to allow the new IP addresses and URL (listed below) on the customer-managed security device before January 12, 2026.
Customers are requested not to remove the existing IP addresses or URLs until further notice.
