Qualys Cloud Suite 8.9.2 New Features

This new patch release of the Qualys Cloud Suite, version 8.9.2, includes updates for Cloud-based scanner deployments and expanded platform coverage for PC.

Feature Highlights

Qualys Cloud Platform

You can reduce the scan time of the AWS EC2 environment by selecting multiple virtual scanner appliances to distribute scanning. This feature is available in EC2 Scan and EC2 Scheduled Scan flows across both Vulnerability Management and Policy Compliance Modules and includes optimizations to assist in scanner selection as well as options for targeting all VPC’s in a region.

Qualys Policy Compliance (PC/SCAP)

Expanded Platform Support – We’ve extended our platform support to include the latest versions of:

• Microsoft SQL Server 2016
