Addition of Scanners to External Scanning Pool on Shared Cloud Platforms

Qualys regularly enhances the capacity on Qualys Platforms. We are adding more scanners to our External scanner pool on all Shared Cloud Platforms and customers are requested to whitelist the 126.96.36.199/23 range. These new scanners are scheduled to be added on 15th November 2021.
This prompted me to check and see if these have been added to the list of external scanners in the Help | About in the product. It appears the external scanner IPs have been removed from that location. Do we just need to contact support when we need to know what the external scanning ranges are?
Some MSSPs have forgotten to add these to the safelist/whitelist. Our MSSP started alerting us of scans from these. Luckily they didn’t call to wake us up in the middle of the night. Our MSSP is partnered with Qualys, so I would’ve thought this would’ve been taken care of already.
